1. Service Description

YouTube Creator Toolkit is a YouTube analytics and creator tools platform. We provide channel performance dashboards, competitor tracking, AI-powered content recommendations, SEO optimization, and growth analytics for YouTube creators.

2. Account Terms

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the service.
Each person may maintain one account. Shared or automated account creation is prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any actions taken through it.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the service beyond its intended APIs.
Attempt to circumvent rate limits, tier restrictions, or security measures.
Violate YouTube's Terms of Service or API Terms of Service through your use of our platform.
Use AI-generated content from our service in a misleading or deceptive manner.
Share your account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties.

4. Subscription and Billing

Free accounts have feature and usage limits as described on our pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the period ends.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice via email.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your YouTube data and any content you create using our tools.
We claim no intellectual property rights over your channel data, analytics, or generated content.
You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from YouTube API changes, outages, or data discrepancies.
AI-generated recommendations are suggestions only and do not guarantee specific results.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days via the data export feature.
After the 30-day export window, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
